How long is the coaching session?

Each weekly one-on-one coaching session is 50 minutes long. Small group sessions are 60 minutes long. You'll have access to direct contact with Carole between each session to answer questions along the way as well!

What am I going to learn during coaching?

For 1:1 coaching, you are in complete control over where we spend our time. You prioritize what topics are most important to you, or the ones causing you the most problems.

Is there a minimum number of sessions required?

There is no minimum number of sessions for the 1:1 coaching. The small group coaching lasts for 12 weeks.

How many sessions will I need?

For the 1:1 option, that is completely in your control. After every session, you will have a very specific action plan for creating the changes you want. You can be done or pause your coaching at any time, or continue to work together every week to fine tune, troubleshoot, and grow together.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your weekly coaching at any time. Simply email info@thecarolejones.com at least 5 days before your re-billing date.

For the past 17 years, Carole has shared her adventures through her social media and blog content with the world.
